(1) Getting caught up in one thing and then not having time to do another.
(2) Letting my apartment get cluttered
(3) Not reading as much as I'd like to read (i.e. making the time to read)
(4) Getting Distracted
(5) Not eating as healthy as I should
(6) Not exercising as much as I should
(7) Spending an excess of time on Social Media
